Siggraph is well known for its display of cutting edge technology, so what booth had the longest lines? In this interview with InSpeck’s Marco Estrela, we discuss their 21st century photo booth, which makes a 3D scan, and then using a laser, writes to a small block of plastic, encasing your image in 3D forever! Ok, so it's a bit kitschy, but it's also very cool! I felt a bit like Hans Solo in a block of Carbonite!
