An interview with Kevin Connor of Adobe Systems, discussing Adobe Photoshop Lightroom, now in beta version 4. One of the biggest surprises for photographers was Adobe’s introduction in January 2006 of Lightroom, their new digital photo application aimed at serious digital photographers. After 4 beta versions, and 500,000 downloads, we check in with Kevin to find out the current status of this new imaging application. Adobe Photoshop Lightroom has generated significant press, interest, and expectation, and in this interview we discuss what Adobe has learned from it’s users, and detail Adobe’s expectations for their soon to be released family member.
