Like many animation studios Sony Imageworks needs to hire properly trained folks to create those smash movies, and while most studios have internship programs Sony Pictures Imageworks has taken it one step further with their IPAX program which brings educators to their studio to learn what it really takes to create a film in the modern workflow. In this interview with Sande Scoredos and Don Levy of Sony Imageworks, we discuss the IPAX Program and the and how you can be involved.
