One of the most important innovations introduced by Adobe was the creation of the plug-in architecture, allowing users to improve upon the capabilities of the host application. Some of the most popular plug-ins are from Nik Software, ranging from their well-known Nik Sharpener Pro 2.0, Color Efex Pro 3.0, DFine 2.0, to their newly released Viveza. In this interview with Nik Software’s Tony Corbell, we discuss the workflow considerations for sharpening images, and how plug-ins can improve your digital images.
